Do you think you could sing or rap in French? Do you have the skills to make a video clip for your song? If so, this competition is for you!
The Institut français du Royaume-Uni, in association with Francophonie UK, is inviting you to submit a short video, or animated clip, to accompany a song or rap in French. The competition is open to all UK primary and secondary schools across the 4 nations + Channel Islands. Shortlisted videos will be streamed on our dedicated UK YouTube channel and the regional finalists will compete for the national Francophonie UK School Music Awards as part of Fête de la Musique in June 2021!
Who: All students in UK schools + Channel Islands, from 7 to 18 years of age

When: Submit your video by 30/04/2021

To top it all, the Institut français will offer a limited number of FREE "Learning French through music" workshops to state-sector schools wishing to enter the competition. If you are interested in applying for a FREE workshop for your pupils online or at your school please contact us at [email protected] or check with one of our AF partners close to your place.

Bonjour, Je voulais savoir si l'ecole devait être identifiée sur la vidéo et si la vidéo serait publique sur Youtube ou restreinte aux participants. Merci

Bonjour Charles, tout est expliqué dans le règlement du concours! Pas obligatoire de faire figurer le nom de l'école dans la vidéo car nous le mentionnerons dans le titre de la publication sur YouTube...
